I wrote a blog that’s floating out there called weaponized ux about how pop-ups forcing you to give your email to see the site and then subscriptions and ad blockers and all that other crap get in the way. When I leave my house outside the comfort of my pi hole I get pretty scared at the State of affairs of the web.
