Your Hiring Site Algorithm Sucks

I will always give you BS answers to automated match puzzles aka “HR hazing algorithms”. You deserve to be lied to. You do not deserve to have anything to do with HR. You do not deserve talent, you deserve keyboard tapping meatsacks. Good luck with that.

I hire differently, I hire like Google does, a little technical, some personality and if they lack anything, trainability. I look at who I want to hire because even if I don’t know exactly what they do, I won’t choose them based on filling in boxes. Everyone gets bored with the “rate this from 1–10” and you get false results.

Print out your job req, ball it up, stuff it in your mouth and choke on it.
